Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My fence needs replacing but the concrete posts seem to be still in good condition, are your fence panels compatible with concrete posts?
A: Yes they slot into the concrete posts the same way as traditional wooden panels.
Q: I have looked at some other PVCu fencing products, but they are only 21mm thick which means they need packing out or will i have to buy knew PVCu post?
A: Our fence panels are 52mm thick so they do not need to be packed out and fit nicely into concrete post.
Q: Can I just buy the posts and gravel boards from you and use wooden fence panels?
A: Our aim is to create the perfect outdoor space for you, so with that in mind yes you can.
Q: If I buy the fence panels from you and keep my concrete posts because they are still in good condition. Would I be able to just buy the posts of you at a later date?
A: We believe in keeping cost to a minimum so as soon your concrete posts become blown we will certainly supply the post to complete the look of the fencing system.
Q: Can I paint the PVCu fence panels?
A: I would not paint the product as the idea is to save you money in time in the long run.
Q: How long do the posts and fence panels last before they start to rot?
A: This product will not rot or chip.
Q: Do the fence panels need any maintenance?
A: The only maintenance that is needed is to wash them down every now and then when needed to give them a refreshed look.
Q: Can I change the fence panels myself or will I need you to do it for me?
A: The fencing system has been designed with the customer in mind. That is why they come in one foot sections and only have a weight of 5kgs each. However if you need new posts I would strongly recommend that I do it for you.
Q: I have talked to my neighbour about getting a PVCu fence and splitting the cost with him. However he does not wish to have the bad side on his side of the fence, is there a bad side to you fence panels?
A: This is one of the many benefits of our fencing systems, both sides of the fence look just as beautiful.
